As part of Levant Capital’s majority investment, we invested in Warehouse Gym, the largest premium gym operator in the UAE, aimed at growing its footprint, expanding its offering, and strengthening its community presence. Founded in Dubai in 2013, the Warehouse Gym is a home-grown success story that has captured the hearts and minds of fitness enthusiasts across the region and is known for its innovative approach and community focus.

Warehouse Gym is the largest and fastest growing premium gym chain in the country, attracting passionate fitness enthusiasts, who appreciate its distinctive identity, award-winning design, and best-in-class equipment and personal trainers.

Warehouse Gym’s mission is to elevate the fitness experience in the region by offering its growing base of health-conscious customers a higher quality holistic fitness experience at affordable prices. This means cutting-edge exercise, recovery and nutritional offerings in a high energy and premium setting with no wait times, ample staff and inclusive community.

As of October 2024, Warehouse Gym operates 10 clubs that offer a combination of mixed and ladies' only offerings, with four more clubs under construction this year, and has a plan to expand to 30 clubs over the next four years.
