Our Role

  • Sourcing target companies, within the strategic sector and geographic scope, and aligning the grounds of future partnership or acquisition.
  • Pre-transaction structuring, screening and due-diligence, negotiating final agreements and closing documents.
  • Post-closing shareholders' representation at board and board committee levels, guiding and driving business performance with senior management and devising optimal exit strategy.
