As part of Levant Capital’s investment strategy, we invested in Country Hill International (CHI), a leading distributor of premium protein and gourmet food products serving both B2B and B2C channels.

Established in 1999 in the United Arab Emirates, CHI has grown into a trusted supplier of high-quality meat, seafood, and dry food products across the GCC. The company serves luxury hotels, restaurants, catering operators, and food retailers, building a strong reputation for product quality, reliability, and sourcing expertise.

CHI also owns and operates more than 14 retail locations in the UAE under the Prime Gourmet and The Fishmonger by Prime Gourmet banners, offering premium meat, seafood, and gourmet products to consumers through both physical stores and online channels.
